The Deadwood Chamber will hold its annual luncheon and Board of Director elections on Tuesday, May 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Springhill Suites (Roosevelt Ballroom). Cost of the lunch is $30 per-person and all are welcome to attend. There are positions open on the Board that will be voted on at this time too.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
There are four Board of Director positions up for election during this meeting. Each of these positions is a 2-year term. Board of Director positions are open to any Chamber member representative who is in good standing with the Chamber.
The Board positions currently open are:
– Two (2) non-gaming retail or service business owners or representatives
– One (1) non-profit corporation representative
– One (1) resident homeowner
If you wish to be on the ballot or would like to nominate someone to be on the ballot for the election, please call Ingrid at the Deadwood Chamber at (605) 578-1876 or email ingrid@ deadwood.org. In order to be included on the ballot, nominations for the positions must be received by 5 p.m. on May 2, 2025.
All Chamber member businesses can vote for board positions. If you are unable to attend the meeting absentee voting is available from May 5 to May 12. Contact Ingrid to receive a list of candidates and voting instructions, or with any questions about the meeting and elections.
